Executive Coaching+ Free Assessment
Sessions Include
Debriefing The Week
The session begins with a debrief, which goes over in-depth discussions on how the week went and how it could have gone better. This both builds up skills in presentation and debriefing, and will be a great reference for later when we need to build goals for ourselves.
Debriefs will be:
Detailed
In-depth
Mindful and Self-aware
Skill Work and Goal Work
Learners will work in whatever area of growth they’re having trouble with that week, and skills necessary for that area of growth will be taught. After that goal-building will begin, and we take a look at how to build goals based off of what gave you a hard time that week.
Some Skill Work/Goal Work could look like:
Reviewing in-depth on studying skills/methodology
Building goals for class-time and mindfulness during the day at school
Goal exploration and planning
Misc. growth areas
Action Plans
Action plans are what we use to end the session, so that we can plan how to achieve our goals and get them done before the next session.
Actions Plans could include:
What are we planning to implement into this upcoming week at school?
What big assignments or tests do we need to prepare for?
What do we need to have ready by next week?
Weekly Check-ins!
Outside of our sessions, I will do a half-week check-in email/text on Wednesdays with a reminder list of our session action plan for the week, and a few questions to prepare for the next week. These questions should be answered by the tutee and emailed/texted back to the coach by Thursday
Some of these questions would look like “How is the week going? Why do we feel like it’s going well or poorly? Have we completed any of our action plans yet?”
Transferable soft-skills that we can focus on during the session and in communications for the session:
Time Management
Organization & Preparedness
Professionalism
Mindfulness
Dissecting weak points & strengths
Building trackable goals with milestones
