I believe that for the sake of society, we often call the parts of ourselves that differentiate us “disorders”. or “disabilities” However, I believe that the “learning disabilities” we experience sometimes only require different methods of learning.

It’s important for our students to know that learning and working outside of the norm is not a bad thing, but a part of their individuality.
